An important factor in choosing bamboo is to determine in which USDA Climate zone you plan to plant your bamboo. Use the map below to locate your approximate zone to ensure the bamboo you want is compatible with your zone. Most bamboo can survive in higher zones than shown on the lists. Zones are to be used as a minimum rating for survival.
