Terms and Conditions
PLANT GUARANTEE: Vista Ventura, Inc. (dba Bamboo Headquarters) guarantees all plants tobe in good, healthy condition at time of shipment. After you receive your plants, we are not responsible for improper handling, planting, or exceptional weather. Any claim as to condition of plants must be made within 24 hours of delivery. The above guarantee covers only the purchase price of plant material supplied by us. Nursery Stock rejected following delivery or cancelled on day of shipping, will be subject to a 20% restocking charge in addition to shipping and handling costs.
SHIPPING COSTS: Plants shipped via UPS Ground or 3-Day Select. Please see our help page for more information on shipping. Buyer should be prepared to plant immediately upon arrival of shipment. Plants shipped FOB Vista, CA.
SHIPMENT DATE: Bamboo Headquarters will ship your order within 14 days of payment or contact you. We send all shipments via UPS on Mondays and Tuesdays to insure arrival by Friday.
PAYMENT: Payment due at time of purchase.
SHIPPING LIABILITY: We ship regularly and very successfully with UPS but cannot guarantee handling of any material sent via UPS. UPS shipping terms apply. Please contact UPS if package arrives damaged or crushed.
NON-WARRANTY: Vista Ventura, Inc. (dba Bamboo Headquarters) gives no warranty as to the variety or productivity of any plant sold. No liability is assumed by seller for delay or failure to deliver caused by government regulations, droughts, inclement weather, labor disputes, floods, fire, frost, war embargoes, or any other contingencies beyond seller's control.
